All information provided will be reviewed by the Website Administrator before any event is listed.   

Terms for promoting an event in the ‘thing’s to do’ area: 

• Website Administrators reserve the right to make appropriate changes to information supplied to ensure it is aligned to page structure.  
• Whilst we aim to host as many events as possible, we cannot guarantee that all events submitted through this form will be listed on the ‘things to do’ area of the website.  
• If event information requires changes or a listing needs to be removed, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
• The accuracy of event information and timings provided is the responsibility of the event organizers.
• Website Administrators will make every effort to bring up–to–date and accurate information, but cannot guarantee its accuracy or accept any liability for misinformation.
• By completing the form, the organiser agrees that events promoted on the Bradford District Parks website in the ‘things to do’ area may be reposted and shared on Bradford District Parks social media channels.
