Our Couch to Park Walking Tracker is designed to help you build confidence, boost wellbeing, and explore the incredible variety of parks across the Bradford District — all at your own pace.
🌳 What is Couch to Park?
Couch to Park is a simple 6‑week walking plan that helps you gradually increase your activity levels. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break, or just looking for a reason to explore the outdoors, this tracker supports you every step of the way.
Each week introduces easy, achievable walking goals that can be completed in any Bradford District park — from woodland trails to open parkland.
How It Works
- Choose a park you’d like to visit each week
- Follow the weekly walking goals (10–30 minutes)
- Tick off your progress on the downloadable tracker
- Celebrate your achievements and enjoy the wellbeing boost

Weekly Walking Plan
Week 1 – 10 minutes of walking, 3 days this week
