Tai Chi in the Park at Cliffe Castle
To celebrate World Tai Chi Day and give people a great opportunity to try Tai Chi, join Val Preston on Saturday, April 27th, at 2 pm for a free wellness workshop for all abilities.
Please wear flat shoes and dress for the weather. We will meet on the path by the cafe at 2 pm.
