This sensory walk will enable you to enhance walks with friends and family, enjoy your community garden or space, explain and discover how mental health improves and overall wellbeing benefits when we develop and engage in sensory activity.
When, how, why do flowers and plants produce fragrance.
Are you thinking of planting a sensory garden, window box or just adding a few plants to an existing patch, this could be just the inspiration you are looking for.
