Celebrate 25 years of Apple Day with BEES!

Join us for a very special 25th anniversary Apple Day – marking a quarter century since the very first BEES Apple Day. Expect all the traditional orchard fun you know and love, with some extra treats to make this year even more memorable!

What’s on

• Live music – enjoy a local band bringing great tunes to the orchard.
• Traditional Apple Pressing – make your own fresh organic apple juice.
• Food & Cafe – savoury food, hot drinks and amazing homemade cakes.
• Children’s Craft Activities  – fun for our younger visitors.
• Stalls & Produce for Sale – apples from Bowling Community Orchard, apple juice, chutneys, jams, dried apples and more delicious orchard produce.

How You Can Help?

we’d love your support to make this anniversary our best yet!  Can you help with:

• Promoting the event
• Donating clean jars with lids
• Preparing the orchard (e.g. grass cutting)
• Baking apple-based cakes, biscuits, or savouries
• Setting up or taking down on the day
• helping run a stall
• Clearing up at the end of the day
• General volunteer support

Visitor Information

• The orchard is located within Bowling Park Allotments on Bowling Park Drive, BD4 7ES.
• Please stay within orchard boundaries and respect stall holders.
• Well-behaved dogs on leads welcome.
• The ground may be uneven – please take care with prams or wheelchairs. Volunteers will be happy to assist if needed.
